What I keep, and why

Last revised October 2026

This site is run by Steadfast, a small independent practice supporting Christian parents of late teens and young adults in crisis. This page explains the little information collected here, in plain language.

What you give me

When you reserve a place, you share your name, your email, and — if you choose — where you are right now and a short note about your family. That is all. Nothing else is collected on this site.

How it is used

To reply to you personally about enrollment and to send what you asked for. That is the whole purpose. Your details are never sold, rented, or added to another organization's list, and there is no advertising pixel on this site.

What your note is worth

Notes about a child's addiction or mental health are sensitive. I treat them as confidential. Please do not include medical records or anything you would not want read by one careful person; a sentence is enough to tell me where you are.

Keeping and deleting

Your details are kept while enrollment is being arranged and while you remain in contact. Ask me to delete everything at any time by writing through the form on the home page, and it will be removed.

Children

This site is written for parents and guardians, not for minors. Please do not submit information about a child beyond what helps me understand your situation.

A note on crisis

This site is not monitored around the clock. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
